About
Mark James Dalglish
Mark was the most wonderful husband, father and friend you could ever had. No matter where or what - he could find it, fix it, make it or do it. He always introduced his friends as his best mates and he still had people in his life from Primary School. Mark died suddenly and tragically. He left behind a wife, 4 children, his mum and 3 sisters - plus a whole collection of nieces, nephews and in-laws.
Mark had a great view on life and death. He bought and sold cars with a wild passion. He wanted to try everything whether it was old, new or improved - he was like a kid in a lolly shop -wanting to taste every single thing - luckily he worked very hard towards this aim. He never procrastinated about anything. He was in there and had done it or bought it, or tried it before you knew what was happening. He used to say things like - You're a long time dead, You can't take it with you and Write on my gravestone - I never Wondered!!
Mark used to say all the time - Is the sky blue? Are you breathing? Then stop whinging and get on with it. A few months before he died Mark went to the MCG to watch the footy. He came back home and told us that if he died the next day he didn't care because he was so happy to have been there. Another of his sayings was - been there, done that, read the book - hey wrote it!! The kids never got away with anything without getting a story!! And exaggerate - Whooh. Nobody could do it like Mark. And he got away with it.
Maybe he knew that he wasn't going to be an old man so he crammed in as much as he could - I guess he completed his list.
We Miss Him!!
I've put Twist and Shout on for the background music. That was Mark's ringtone for his mobile. His phone rang constantly. Now I can't tell you how many times I've jumped up because this song has come on the radio. I keep thinking it's Mark's phone ringing!!
Mark was the big boss of Nu-Power Electrics and NPE Security.( SITE UNDER CONSTRUCTION TYPE IN NU POWER ELECTRICS ON RESPECTANCE SEARCH BAR).
