Where can I find my member profile page?

You can sign in by clicking the link at the top right of every page. Once you've signed in, you'll arrive on your member profile page. When you are signed in, you can return at any time to your member profile page. Notice the "Hello, " link in the top right position on every page. Click on your name to go to your member profile page.

How can I add or change my portrait photo?

Go to your member profile page and simply click on the portrait area. This will allow you to upload a new photo.

How can I add or change my member information?

On your member profile page, you can tell a little something about yourself; including your name, date of birth, and location. This helps other people when they think they may know you and want to get in touch.

How can I change my email address or password?

Recall that your email address is also your user name for signing in. You can change this at any time by going to your member profile page and changing the information. Similarly, your password can also be reset on this page.

How do I access my member mail box?

All members at Respectance have their own internal mailbox. You can see the envelope symbol at the top right of every page once you are signed in. Simply click on the mailbox symbol to go to your inbox or compose a message.

What if I've encountered some kind of problem with my member profile page?
