Jessica Madison "Jessie" Jacobs was an Australian actress and singer, best known for her many roles in children's television series in Australia, such as The Saddle Club, Fergus McPhail and Holly's Heroes. Jacobs was also in stage productions, including being alongside Lisa McCune and Bert Newton in The Sound of Music.
Jessica died on 10 May 2008, after slipping off the platform at Cheltenham railway station and falling onto the tracks of an oncoming train. She was meeting her mother so they could buy a present for her brother, Adam, for his birthday.
Jessica attended Sandringham College and was 6 months away from finishing her VCE. In 2009, Jacobs, was planning to attend Victorian College of Performing Arts to study bass guitar and establish herself as a musician.
