Dad and I remembered (well dad actually... he's getting soo good!!) on the day and thought of you. Meant to write happy birthday to you but didn't get a chance. dad, what can i say........you were my dad. i am proud of your life and what you gave me throughout it. while we didnt always sail along smoothly, i wouldnt change a thing :) i miss not being able to have a beer with you, but i carry on the tradition!
you worked hard all your life, and were always there for me. i miss you dad, but be rest assured...............there is a lot of you still alive in me:) love you dad, your son, dion x0x

Dear poppa, while i know we didn't have a tremendous amount of time together, but life is like that it seems. My favourite memories of you involve your home made mint sauce and nanas roasts on sunday... YUM! My scariest, is when you use to pop your teeth out and scare me so much - what a jokestar! I had nightmares about that!

Regardless of the short amount of time we spent together, you created this family and are always in our hearts and memories. I hope you and nana are snug in each others arms once again. Now she can stop you and the mother in-law squabbling huh? Keep an eye and arm out for my love up there and i'l see you all again someday soon! I can only hope that I make you proud and that you meet me when its my turn around with open arms and your teeth in! You head the family on that side & look over us all here.
